    Purchased credits are valid for 1 year.

  • What are the statuses/messages you send to the customer once the AWB is given to you?

    We send out the notifications on important status like In Transit, Shipment Booked, Out for Delivery and Delivered
    Apart from that we also send out notifications such as

    • Attempted Delivery
    • Delay in Delivery
    • When it reaches the city of delivery
    • Returned/Refused from delivery
    • Address Incorrect
    • Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed
    • Out of Delivery Area
    • COD Payment Not Ready
    • Consignee Unavailable

    It can really help you to reduce returns due to unwanted errors from the logistics companies, because they tend to upload & mark wrong information, such as contacting the customer whereas they have actually not contacted them & returned the parcel.

  • Can I customize the email?

    Yes you can customize the email templates. You can login to our admin section and customize the emails as per your requirements.

  • My website is based on Opencart, How can I integrate that?

    We have ready made modules available if your website is based on Opencart, CS-Cart, Magento, Woocommerce. You can also fetch fulfilled orders from Shopify, Kartrocket & Ebay directly from admin panel.

  • Which carriers do you support?

    We are integrated with India's leading courier companies. At present we have more than 60 couriers

  • Is there any free trial?

    Yes you can opt for 7 days free trial.

  • How does your review system work?

    We have feedback widget with the delivery emails where customer can give the rating on scale of 1-10 and then will be take to link where they can share the overall feedback such as quality of product, quality of packing, order deliver time etc.

  • Reviews are not showing on my website?

    Reviews will automatically shown after 3 days. You can archive the unwanted reviews if you want within 3 days.

  • Can you add some additional couriers in the list, which is not listed in default list ?

    Yes We can add new couriers on request. You can drop us an email for that at contact@shipway.in

  • How to edit Email templates?

    Login to admin panel. From admin panel, Click on Email templatess, From here you can edit the email templates for your customer.
